Am I able to terminate the agreement in the event I am unhappy with your service and we are unable to resolve our differences?

Do you benefit from ancillary services such as title company fees and are the charges from these services competitive?  How much do you earn and will I be required to use them?

How much is your fee?  Do you charge additional commission, if so, why?

How much are my selling expenses outside of commission?

Will I be asked to pay any of the buyer's costs including commission?

Am I able to review the listing paperwork in advance of signing?

 

Why do Sellers have the most risk of being sued in residential real estate transactions?

What happens if the buyer’s lender appraises my property for less than the purchase price of the contract?  Does this appraisal hold if the transaction falls apart?

Where will my listing appear?

If my home sale fails due to inspection issues what follows?

How is the market in my area?  Should I wait for a better market?

The home is in my name only but I am now married, do we both need to sign the paperwork?
